The land has 80,000 m², 17,000 m² of built area and 15,000 m² divided into modules for logistics leasing. It has an initial transformation capacity of 3,000 tons of steel per month, and has a large storage area for finished products. It has large docks with load leveling platforms to facilitate shipments and ensure safe shipments, in addition to having an efficient logistics system. In the matrix, packaging for paints and food is produced, in addition to the lithography process. It is equipped with a thermal varnisher, a color manager and a state-of-the-art four-color printer with an ultraviolet (UV) finish.

The plant has 20,800m², 7,800m² of which is built area, with capacity to transform 3,000 tons of steel per month. Packaging for paints and varnishes, food and chemical products is produced there. The branch is equipped with two Soundronic ABF 1000 electro welders and an automated stamping with high performance presses (multi die).
