In October, the CMP Innovation Week was held, with lectures and motivating dynamics for our entire team, focusing on the culture of innovation. In addition, we received an award for Boa Ideia 2.0, a program that counts more than 5,000 ideas over 21 years of implementation. The award honored the employees who had the best ideas in the first half of the year. Congratulations to all employees who contribute to the success of CMP.
